Emerging Los Angeles-based popstress GHITA and New York-based producer Mickey Valen have just unleashed their brand new collaborative single called "How Low", which will no doubt go down as one of the most compelling electro-pop bangers we've heard all year. Written about Ghita's recent experiences in Los Angeles as a foreigner, the track is about the confusing LA life and the craziness of the industry of Hollywood and striving for fame. GHITA asks how many times is someone to get out to the right nightclub or venue, or how much make-up does a person need to wear to look like somebody that they aren’t, or how many followers does a person have on Instagram just to be considered worth anything.
Speaking on the track, GHITA says:
"It's a pretty cold world out there, and sometimes it seems like everyone is just out to take from each other. I moved to LA and this is my way of writing down my experiences within this city: the good, the bad, the ugly, and the passion for great art."
