Figures are producers Jamie Blanco and James Delay who create slow, atmospheric electronic music with house and disco influences, using mainly analogue equipment. The name Figures is meant to give meaning to an ever-expanding collaborative group which works across music, design and videography.
In 2011 Figures released their first single "Velo", the video for which featured on the homepage of Vimeo and notched up 20,000 views in just 24 hours. The second video "Blood Brother" was created in conjunction with the up-and-coming clothing brand of the same name, and the track was released on Figures' first EP Counting Frequencies.
