Copenhagen-born, London-based singer/songwriter Marie Dahlstrøm has just unveiled her brand new single called "Ask About Me", which also serves as the first track to be lifted from her upcoming as-yet-untitled EP, slated for release this summer. Produced by New York producer
JNTHN STEIN (who also recently co-wrote and produced
Lyves's latest offering, "
Still"), " Ask About Me" sees Dahlstrøm embrace a more R&B approach, combining layered vocals and more synth-heavy production with clever live instrumentation, acoustic guitar stabs, live drum hits and trademark electric piano flourishes.
Speaking on the track, Marie says:

'Ask About Me' is a song about self-worth and empowering. A song about realising that even after hard times, there is so much to be grateful for. Time truly is a healer of most things."
