Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Caitlin Linney, better known mononymously as Linney, is easily our most blogged about artist in WS history and with good reason to as every single song she has ever released has been absolutely flawless in our opinion. It was a little less than 3 weeks ago that she gave us "
BAD (the sweater song)" but now she's back again today with another impeccable new offering called "Liar", an introspective and deeply personal pop song that was once again produced and co-written with longtime collaborator
Jeff Schoeny. "Liar" will also be featured on tonight's episode of MTV's new series,
Ghosted: Love Gone Missing. Don't miss it!
Speaking on the track, Linney explains:

'Liar' is about taking a good hard look at yourself in the mirror and realizing you haven't been completely honest with yourself. I wanted to change the standard narrative of the accusatory YOU'RE a liar, to accepting the cold hard truth of actually BEING the liar."
