Barrie Rose - Matter Of Time

Since we've already shared some of Los Angeles-based indie pop artist Barrie Rose's previous offerings like "Naked Dream", "1 Plus 1" and "Laffy Taffy" (all of which appeared on her debut album, Dreamz Come True and Love Is Real), it's only fair that we do right by her by today sharing her brand new song called "Matter Of Time". Co-written and produced in collaboration with Scott Barber, "Matter Of Time" is both quirky and delicate while further demonstrating Barrie Rose's unique pop sensibilities.

Speaking on the track, Barrie Rose says:

"When Scott [Barber] and I were in the studio, we got inspired to record me doing patty-cake claps, the click sound of the cap on my thermos, dropping coins and a stick pattern on a wooden stool as percussion elements. These sounds viscerally illustrate what it's like to be a wide-eyed kid in a world where anything is possible, which is pretty much how I feel these days."
