Bristol-based singer/songwriter LENN has today unveiled her absolutely breathtaking pop masterpiece called "Riding Shotgun". First written in 2017, "Riding Shotgun" follows LENN's previous offering,"
Cheap Talk", which has so far amassed over 75,000 Spotify streams, garnered major support from numerous online blogs and magazines, as well as radio support from BBC Introducing. On "Riding Shotgun", LENN's vocals rolls effortlessly over echoing synths and throbbing drums to make the perfect soundtrack for a ride with your sweetheart.
Speaking on the inspiration behind the track, LENN explains:
"
The idea for this song came when I was sitting in the passenger seat of the car, driving through Bristol with my boy. It was dark outside and while the glow of traffic and brake lights were reflecting on his face, I was reflecting on how I feel about him... discretely making notes on my phone to take into the studio."
