r.e.l. - Plateau + Headed For The Sun

Say hello to 19-year-old Los Angeles-based indie pop singer/songwriter (and actress) Arielle Sitrick, otherwise known as r.e.l., who has recently uploaded two new songs to her SoundCloud, "Plateau" and "Headed For The Sun". Both songs are off her soon-to-be-released debut EP, which was funded by a Kickstarter campaign that received a total of 116 backers and ultimately helped her surpass her goal of $8k. Not to mention, also led her to work alongside Grammy Nominated and two-time Juno Award-winning producer Dan Burns. Her bio on her Facebook page states that her songs have something that sticks with listeners, which is indeed true. We've listened and these songs are definitely sticking. Unfortunately, this is all we really know about r.e.l., aside from some recent attention she's gotten from new music tastemakers such as Hillydilly, Crack In The Road and Oblivious Pop, we haven't been able to find much else. However, we're willing to bet as word continues to get out things will soon change for r.e.l., and for the better.
