Tei Shi - Bassically

Argentinian-born, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter and producer Valerie Teicher, aka Tei Shi has just unveiled the music video for her infectious pop anthem "Bassically", directed by Nicolas Pesce, who also directed the music video for her song "Nevermind The End".

Tei Shi tells Nylon, who premiered the video for "Bassically" earlier today, "I wanted the video to look like what the song sounds like - fun and empowering without taking itself too seriously. So we created a fun fictional comic world with a troop of bad ass girls."

Tei Shi has also announced details regarding the release her upcoming 5-song EP, Verde, the follow-up to her critically acclaimed debut EP, Saudade (2013). Verde will be released on April 14th via Mermaid Avenue (US), Double Denim (UK/EU) and Caroline (Aus).

Verde Tracklist:
1. Can't Be Sure
2. Bassically
3. See Me
4. Go Slow
5. Get It

Pre-order Verde now on limited edition 12" cream vinyl here, and/or digitally on iTunes.
