21-year-old New York City-based popstress Cari Fletcher, better known mononymously as FLETCHER, whose debut single, "War Paint", released earlier this summer became the number one most viral track on Spotify in the US (#2 globally), with over a million shares on social media and a whopping 20 million+ streams to date, has today unveiled her anthemic new single called "Live Young Die Free", which was co-written with R. City (Theron & Timothy Thomas), who are perhaps best known for their breakout single, "Locked Away" featuring Adam Levine along with radio hits for Miley Cyrus and Rihanna, among others.
Speaking on the track, FLETCHER says:
"To me, the song isn't so much about just living in the moment, but rather about it never being too late to push yourself to take risks and make opportunities for yourself in this world. I grew up in a place where everyone was the same and had the same aspirations. No one ever dared to be different. 'Live Young Die Free' is about living life with no regrets whatsoever because I wouldn't want to have it any other way."
