Born in Taiwan and raised in both Canada and Taiwan, BAER (aka, Sabrina Chang) is multi-cultural urban pop artist who after studying music production and engineering in Boston where she honed her craft as a producer and performer moved out West to Los Angeles to begin working with David Quinones (founder of The Writing Camp). Having came to our attention this past November with the release of her impressive debut single, "Breathe The Same", BAER returns today to impress us once more with another dose of soothing R&B-tinged pop called "Another", which was produced by KC (Casey Chen) and features guest vocals from The Crushboys. The track also serves as the second single to be lifted from her forthcoming 6-track debut EP titled Breathe The Same, due out on January 22nd.
Speaking on the track, BAER says:
"'Another' is one of the songs on the EP that started off with just a vocal and an acoustic guitar - there was no track to top line over. The process of writing it was rather fast - the chorus came in a matter of minutes, and the general song was mapped out in a day. This song came so easily because it reflected exactly what was going on in my life at the time, and I had no restrictions revolving around a pre-made track."
