Introducing Violet Sands, an all-star Brooklyn-based three-piece comprised of Deidre Muro (of
Deidre & the Dark and
Savoir Adore), David Perlick-Molinari (of
French Horn Rebellion), and Derek Muro (of
Love Like Deloreans and
Mighty Five) who have just uploaded not one, but two new original tracks onto their SoundCloud, "No Matter What" and "Lift Me Up" featuring Pink Flamingo Rhythm Revue (aka, Doc from
Ghost Beach's new project) - both of which were produced by
YouTooCanWoo. No word yet on whether or not Violet Sands have an EP on the way and it's pretty hard right now to narrow down their sound to a specific genre so we'll just say that their brand of experimental and innovative glitch-pop is definitely something we're looking forward to hearing more of.
