Introducing Nashville-based brother-sister indie pop duo Truitt, comprised of Brett and Brigetta Truitt and who have just recently released their catchy and upbeat debut single called "Throne", along with accompanying music video directed by Rob Cros. Truitt has roots in country music (Country Music Hall of Fame member Bobby Braddock served as their mentor), however after spending four years exploring their eclectic taste and building up a strong fan base online, they soon discovered that writing and performing pop music was their real passion. The duo are planning to release their debut EP in the fall and will be touring in 2017, but in the meantime you can listen and watch the video for "Throne" below.
Speaking on the track, Truitt says:
"'Throne' is about turning away from toxic relationships and standing on your own. In the past, we've felt the need to always be in a relationship, even if the person wasn't right. This song is the turning point and finding happiness in being alone. We hope others feel the same sense of self-confidence we get when hearing the song!"
"Throne" is available now on iTunes.
