Portland-based electronic pop duo ECHOS, comprised of Lexi Norton and Tal Richards, have just unveiled their new single along with accompanying video for "Say It", which also serves as the first single to be taken from their forthcoming self-titled debut EP, due out on October 3rd via Seeking Blue.
