Introducing Los Angeles-based artist G.Smith whose sound boasts hard hits, haunting vocals and an overall push for gritty electronic sounds. Her lyrics feel lonely and vulnerable with an edge to them that makes you scared that she'll bite your hand off. Originally a visual artist, she started creating videos that were in need of sound. From there she started fleshing out elaborate soundscapes using just her voice (and a washing machine), and discovered a love for producing. After having shared an absolutely stunning rendition of
Radiohead's "
All I Need" back in July, G.Smith now presents us with the release of her proper debut single called "Life Out", an spellbinding slice of atmospheric pop bliss.
