Olivia Sebastianelli - Oblivion

Following on from the release of her debut single "Lighting Fires" earlier this year, which picked up spins from Huw Stephens at Radio 1 and resulted in her being selected to perfrom three shows at the Reeperbahn Festival as one of eight acts nominated from around the world for the prestigious ANCHOR Award, as well as a summer of live gigs supporting artists such as John Newman, Nina Nesbitt and BØRNS, 22-year-old Brighton-based singer/songwriter Olivia Sebastianelli now returns with her new single called "Oblivion", which is taken from her upcoming EP, Take Control, due out later this year.

Speaking on the track, Olivia says:

"It's ('Oblivion') about when you don't realise the person you are with has overshadowed who you are. They don't know who you are without them because they never really bothered to find out. It's about that time, just before you end it with someone and it's all a bit dark and everything they do makes you sad or angry because you can't be with them anymore and just want to go back to who you are without them."
