Young Summer - Echo

Having released a string of rather remarkable singles over the course of the past few months such as "Alright", "Paused Parade" (a collaboration with Aqualung's Matt Hales) and "Fallout", Washington, DC-based singer/songwriter Bobbie Allen, aka Young Summer now returns today with her brooding new indie pop gem called "Echo", which also serves as the latest single following the aforementioned tracks to be lifted from her forthcoming EP titled You Would Have Loved It Here, due out on October 28th.

Speaking on the track, Young Summer says:

"'Echo' is a dreamy love letter to someone you will love but haven't met yet. The feelings so strong that you've painted them in your mind as if you already know them. This song spreaks directly to them, wherever they are: 'You're drowning in the sound / I'm coming back for you now / Can you hear my echo?'"
