Carmody - The Light of Me

London-based singer/songwriter Carmody returns today with her new single called "The Light of Me", which is lifted from her upcoming five-track EP called 5 Kinds of Loveless, produced by Jasper Tygner, a multi-instrumentalist, who also plays in Carmody's band. Each track from the EP tells a story about the difficulties that arise in relationships in various shapes and forms and will be accompanied by bespoke artwork by Polly Misch.

Speaking on the track, Carmody says:

"'The Light of Me' is about getting involved with someone you shouldn't. It’s about seeing how that person can become detached as they juggle numerous different lives."
