Hot of the heels of her debut EP Caught Up, released earlier this year which included the title track and "Call Me Out", the latter having already amassed nearly 5 million streams on Spotify, 22-year-old London-based singer/songwriter Sarah Close returns today with her follow-up single called "Only You". Demonstrating the dynamic and intuitive songwriting talent that'll push her even further to the brink of becoming a household name, "Only You" was written during a period in which Sarah experienced a crisis of confidence.
"'Only You' is about that decision when you realise you're going to leave someone you're with," says Sarah. "You know that it's not working - and the reason it's not working isn't that you don't like each other. On paper you're right for each other, but it can’t work, and even if it could work you’re not ready for it. And that’s a painful thing to admit to yourself."
