Blossom Caldarone - Fairytale Lullaby

Introducing South London-based newcomer Blossom Caldarone, who at the age of 18-years-old has been playing instruments since the age of 5 and writing her own material since age 12. With influences ranging from 50's doo-wop girl bands such The Chordettes, The McGuire Sisters, and The Supremes to classics like Carole King, Dolly, Tracey Chapman along with more contemporary artists such as Lilly Allen, Mallrat and Melody’s Echo Chamber, Blossom Caldarone has today unveiled her debut single and video for "Fairytale Lullaby", which serves as a perfect introduction to Blossom's songwriting proficiency. Her enduring storytelling about unrequited teenage love will almost certainly resonate with a vast array of women – whether it be as a memory of school days gone by or a current experience for those navigating the complicated terrain of a fledgling relationship. The song, taken from her debut EP, Sit and Be, is accompanied by a brilliant music video directed by Leonn Ward, who has previously shot for Vogue, i-D as well as Isabel Marant and Stella McCartney.
