Nola Wren - Soul Sucker

Chicago-born, New York City-based singer-songwriter and visual artist Kara Renee Francavillo, otherwise known as Nola Wren has just shared a new demo of an old song of hers entitled, "Soul Sucker" which she wrote and produced herself.

Now I must admit until today I was unfamiliar with her or her music but with a little research I was able to find out she has quite a body of work out there, which you can check out on her SoundCloud as well as some music videos of hers on Vimeo. In addition to her obviously budding music career, she also owns an Etsy shop called Skella, where she sells a mixture of vintage, studded and custom upcycled clothing. Pretty cool, right?

Needless to say, with her vast array of talent, Nola Wren is definitely be an emerging new artist we'll definitely be keeping a close watch on in the future.
