Adam Cleaver - Boxed & Braised (EP)

Up-and-coming 23-year-old London-based folk singer/songwriter Adam Cleaver has recently released his refreshingly unpretentious and movingly poignant 5-song debut EP Boxed & Braised on the newly-formed independent label, Veta Records.

Adam has spent the last 12 months on the open mic circuit in London working on his ever-growing catalogue of material. It was early during an open mic performances at The Hideaway in Tufnell Park that Adam met Matt Harris, co-founder of Veta Records, where the two soon set out to begin working together on a debut EP that would allow Adam to realize some of the more larger scale influences on his writing like Jackson C Frank, Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty and Other Lives. In early 2014, Adam began performing with a full band at the Lock Tavern, The Elgin, and The Garage as well as various other key venues in London drawing a crowd each time.

Adam Cleaver's Boxed & Braised EP is filled with delicate rich vocals, enchanting lyrics and finely tuned arrangements. Each track emerges casually and confidently, with a slight delicacy to some of his songs accompanied by a smooth blending of Adam's own influences.

Boxed & Braised is available now on iTunes.
