Among one of New Zealand's most talented young bands, Wellington-based electronic duo Black City Lights, comprised of powerhouse vocalist Julia Catherine Parr and wunderkind producer Calum Robb have had quite a busy year so far. Having just returned home from a UK & EU tour, including multiple appearances at The Great Escape Festival as well as a handful of shows in support of their fellow compatriots The Naked and Famous. And now today sees the unveiling of the music video for their new single "Not Enough (For Us)", directed by Amanda E. Öman and featuring Jimmy Roye-Dunne. "Not Enough (For Us)" is the second single released by Cascine's new digital singles sub-label, CSCN.
Video Synopsis: A tortured artist attempts to recreate a perfect piece of art, however he never achieves this and forces himself into alienation. He comes to realise his work will never be enough, and destroys his artwork to break his unhealthy obsession.
