Pr0files - Luxury

Los Angeles-based electronic indie-pop duo Pr0files, comprised of Lauren Pardini (vocals/keys) and Danny Sternbaum (producer/guitars) first caught out attention nearly a year ago after they released their brilliant first single "Call Yourself A Lover" - a song that upon first listen had us begging for more. Luckily for us, the duo have recently reunited and in doing so make a welcome return with the release of their new song "Luxury", the title track taken from their forthcoming three track debut EP, which will be released both digitally and on limited edition 7" vinyl on September 16th via the band's own label, Straight A Records.

Although Pr0files are relatively a new project, the two share an extensive history. After a one time collaboration 6 years ago under Danny's prior project, The Boy Traveler, (which also featured Sonny Moore) the two parted ways. Lauren began writing with producer DJ Khalil (Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Aloe Blacc) where she has written on tracks with Purity Ring's Corrin Roddick among others. Meanwhile, Danny toured with his band, Baby Monster (supporting Miike Snow, Klaxons and Metric to name a few). Pr0files write songs about personal experiences with sex addiction, hypnotherapy and love.
