Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter and visual artist Kara Renee Francavillo, aka Nola Wren returns today following her previous single, "Venom", released earlier this summer with her new single called "Dancing On The Roof", which she co-wrote and produced with fellow NYC-based producer Michael Keenan.
