C-Heads Magazine and ahead of the release of their upcoming debut album,
Our Prince's Quarry (available April 15th), Welsh duo Face + Heel, comprised of Sinead McMillan and Luke Taylor, are back with their latest offering entitled "We Can Swim", which will be released on April 8th via their brand new label, Dekalog OmniWare and will be accompanied by an exclusive B-Side, "School In Summer" as well as a remix by fellow Welsh producer Jaugea. The single tells the tragic story of doomed teen love and
the flooding that occurred in the nearby village of Dryweryn to make a reservoir for Liverpool in the early 1960's. Reminiscent of OK Go meets Fat Segal, "We Can Swim" is a magical realism themed love song "
about two lovers; one who decides to stay, living underwater...and the other who decides to leave". Listen to "We Can Swim" below.
