Kinds - Turn It Out

Having delivered their proper debut single "Hands Up" earlier this year, UK-based duo Kinds, comprised of Mark Morrish and Karen Warner, now return with yet another sleek and infectious R&B-infused pop gem called "Turn It Out", which was produced by the pair themselves along with Sam Winfield.

Speaking on the track, the duo says:

"The song's coming from a very dark place... It's about dealing with certain events and emotions in our lives to create something empowering and uplifting. We wanted to replicate this with the emotion in the lyrics and instrumentation in the verses, set against the heavy rhythms - with optimism shining through in the chorus. Instead of immersing ourselves in this dark state we wanted to create a song with a level of optimism set against these negative thoughts and experiences."
