New York City-based duo KNGDAVD, comprised of Tye James and Jon Buscema, garnered quite a bit of attention earlier this summer with the release of their debut single, "
Say My Name", which quickly saw them draw comparisons to the likes of Prince, AWOLNATION and Maroon 5 and has since amassed close to 300,000 plays on
Spotify, not to mention also became #1 on
Hype Machine. Today, the pair return with their latest offering called "Poppies", a gritty and fuzz guitar-driven pop-rock track with enough sex appeal to heat up any dance floor.
