Dutch electronic duo CUT_ marked their arrival a little over a year ago with their utterly perfect and enchanting flip of Stromae's "Papaoutai". Bringing an entirely new character and depth to the song, their rework quickly went viral, becoming a massive success on Spotify and picking up radio support all over Europe. That unique feel of the band's output promptly caught the attention of [PIAS] and soon the duo founds themselves signing an international deal with the label. Not too long after, CUT_ retreated to the French Alps to work on new material and the first glimpse of those sessions comes in the form of their new single called "Tune In Tune Out", which was mixed and co-produced by Leo Abrahams, who has previously worked with Jon Hopkins, Brian Eno and Ed Harcourt.
Speaking on the track, CUT_ says: "We want to belong to both worlds; the dark alternative electronics that excite us, as well as forward thinking pop that sticks our heads... we're always trying to combine our love for the two"
