Soleima (feat. Hoodboi) - Breathe

After having debuted her previous single "Cracks" back in January, Danish pop artist Sarah Mariegaard, aka Soleima returns today with her latest offering called "Breathe", which was written and produced in collaboration with Hoodboi and Vasco and also serves as the second track to be lifted from her forthcoming debut EP, No. 14, due out on April 21st.

The track epitomizes Soleima's sound; her unique vocal and infectious melodies wrapped up in slick pop production. "The song is about escaping time and place but also a song about growing up and being frightened about it," explains Soleima. "Everything around you going too fast and feeling like you can't keep up. I was introduced to Hoodboi by a common friend. I liked the chords and the very strong melody in the beat from the beginning. But both Hoodboi and I felt like it could use a little something to fit me and my style perfectly."
