London-based electronic pop duo Avec Sans, comprised of singer Alice Fox and producer Jack St James, have just shared their new single along with its accompanying music video for "We Are", a brand new single mix of one of the many standout cuts from their critically-acclaimed debut album, Heartbreak Hi, released last year. "We Are" is an '80s-tinged synth-pop anthem about overcoming difficult times. The track was co-produced by London-based Benbrick, a multi-platinum selling writer whose work includes Troye Sivan's "Gasoline", mixed by German born producer Max Dingel (Goldfrapp, The Killers, Muse, White Lies), and mastered by Mandy Parnell, the founder of Black Saloon Studios who won the Mastering Engineer of the Year at the Music Producers Guild Awards and who The Guardian recently praised for her work on albums by Björk, Aphex Twin and Jamie xx.
In April, Avec Sans with be jetting off to North America in support of their album and playing at Canadian Music Week, before heading out on a run of shows in New York, Cleveland, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
