Chelsea Cutler - Your Shirt

Representing a new generation of female artists who are taking control of their artistry and dispelling the myth women aren't or can't be producers, 20-year old New England-based singer/songwriter Chelsea Cutler continues to impress on her latest electro-pop masterpiece called "Your Shirt", the follow-up to her previous single "Wake Up", which has so far amassed over 1.6 million plays on Spotify. Serving as the first taste of her long-awaited debut EP that was fully written and produced by Chelsea herself and is due out later this spring, "Your Shirt" is a bashful confessional anchored on youthful tropes of unrequited love and romantic insecurity as she sings, "I don't want to miss somebody who's not missing me, but the city feels so lonely when you leave."

Speaking on the track, Chelsea explains:

"The song is about that moment after a breakup when you wake up in an empty bed and it all hits you that it's really over. I'm excited to lead with it because I think it really represents my growth as an artist from both the writing and the production."
