After having impressed us with her previous two singles, "Stay Lonely" and "Pink Cadillac", 19-year-old Nashville-based singer/songwriter Mags Duval now returns with her third offering entitled "Cinnamon Gum", a moody and vivid alt-pop gem that relishes on being hung up on the wrong person. Mags wrote the song after a few dates with a guy who made a strong impression but wasn't the right fit. "There is strength in vulnerability," she says. "I don't think you have to act like everything’s okay to be strong." Teaming up with Grammy Award-winning producer Luke Laird (Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton) and John Hill (Eminem, Sharika, Jay Z), Mag's music is a unique blend of pop and smart storytelling layered over hooks that nod to 90's hip hop and iconic 50's girl-group harmonies.
