Maisy Kay - Heart of the Ocean

18-year-old London-born, Los Angeles-based powerhouse vocalist and musical prodigy Maisy Kay has today unveiled her new single along with its accompanying music video for "Heart of the Ocean", which is taken from her long-awaited Disguises EP, due out on November 17th. "Heart of the Ocean" also soundtracks the closing sequence of the recently released documentary Wonders of the Sea 3D, directed by Jean-Michel Cousteau and narrated by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Speaking on the track, Maisy tells BlackBook, who premiered the video earlier today:

"The ocean has always been a deep passion of mine, from helping baby turtles find their way to the sea, to being a little girl desperate to go on holiday just for the chance to swim. When I received the opportunity to write the end credits song for Wonders Of The Sea, I was overjoyed; watching it was such an inspiration that after viewing it for the first time, I went home and wrote this song in 20 minutes."
