Hailing from Providence, Rhode Island, emerging singer/songwriter and producer Rosé Petal continues to impress us with her first offering of 2019 called "Out of Blue", which follows her previous single, "Why", released last year. Produced by Rosé Petal herself, "Out of Blue" seamlessly blends elements of alt-pop and R&B while lyrically the song conceptualizing feelings of being outside of oneself, overthinking and what it feels like to be truly Out of Blue. Leaning on an edge of sarcasm and honing in on the back-talk that can often play in one's head, Rosé Petal amplifies a journey of self-discovery presenting itself as an unrelenting relationship acting as a mirror.
