Happy Sometimes - Love For The Weekend

After having been featured as a guest vocalist on DVBBS track "Parallel Lines" off their recently released Blood Of My Blood EP, rising 21-year-old Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter and producer Happy Sometimes is back with a future pop banger of her own called "Love For The Weekend", which sees her collaborating with 15-year-old Swedish wonderkid Elton Holmsten on production duties and also serves as the second single following "Nothing More" to be lifted from her upcoming second EP, Heartbreaker.

"I got sent some tracks from this Incredible 15-year-old producer, Elton Holmsten," says Happy Sometimes. "We went back and forth sending ideas online before we finally met up in LA where we wrote ‘Love For The Weekend’. My music is usually pretty emotional and introspective so ‘Love For the Weekend’ shows a different side to me... I got to think outside of my head and just have fun with it. You can really feel that 'Don't give a fuck only got Love For The Weekend’ attitude on this song."
