Today we end our holiday hiatus with "Escape", the anthemic new banger from Scottish-raised, Bristol-based pop artist Mouse. An earworm with animalistic intent, "Escape" is inspired by Madonna's "Like A Virgin" and written about the desire to make someone you've just met feel as good as they look. Having written her own songs since the age of 8, there’s a charming purity and refreshing honesty that shimmers through her lyrics, often tackling topics in a way that no other can. Make no mistake though, Mouse has wisdom and experience beyond her years and small stature
