SOS, otherwise known as the Portland-based alternative R&B duo formerly known as Shadow on Stars, comprised of vocalist Randa Leigh and producer Brian Vincent have just unveiled their superb new single "Youth in Decline" taken from forthcoming self-titled album scheduled for release on September 16th.
