Phoebe Ryan - Dead

After having garnered quite a bit of attention and support from the blogging community earlier this year with the release of her impressive cover/mashup of R. Kelly's "Ignition" and Miguel's "Do You", which quickly climbed to the #1 spot on Hype Machine as well as last month's release of her first official debut single, "Mine", rising 24-year-old Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Phoebe Ryan returns today to further add to that momentum by unveiling her second original single called "Dead", co-written and produced by Kyle Shearer.

As for plans for putting out an EP or album in the near future. According to an interview with Noisey, who also premiered the single earlier today, Phoebe explains; "Right now what we're focused on just involves us putting out singles, remixes and videos - seeing how people react to them. We want to understand the fanbase first before releasing an album. As a new artist, you have to know who you’re aiming for."
