The Ugly Club - The Lonely

New York City-based four-piece The Ugly Club have been around for quite some time now touring throughout the US and Canada playing notable venues and festivals like SXSW, CMJ, NXNE, Kahbang, and more, meanwhile developing a solid reputation of fusing together a guitar band background with psychedelic dance pop to create a sound which fits nicely along the experimentation of MGMT and neo-funk of Prince. Having already released two self-produced EPs and a full-length album, The Ugly Club make a welcome return today with their first new single of 2015 called "The Lonely", produced by Abe Seiferth, whose previous work includes artists such as Yeasayer, Bear in Heaven, Reggie Watts and RAC.
