Marie Dahlstrom (feat. Sophie Faith) - Look The Other Way (Prod. by D.K. The Punisher)

Although we previously shared this track on our recent Love At First Listen: 10 Songs You Need To Hear Right Now post, we figured it was high time to give this song the proper attention that it so rightfully deserves. So here it is...

London-via-Denmark singer/songwriter Marie Dahlstrøm, a three-time winner at the Scandinavian Soul awards and who in her spare time also makes some undeniably gorgeous music with Canadian producer Mawhs under the name Hans Island has recently shared her new single titled "Look The Other Way", which sees her teaming up with highly sought after producer D.K. The Punisher and Brighton-based singer Sophie Faith.

As the single's press release states, "Look The Other Way" channels elements from from Brandy and Monica's 1998 hit single "The Boy Is Mine" back to Summer 2015. With Marie's soul brushed voice and Sophie's piercing pure tone, both of their talents blend and showcase together beautifully for "Look The Other Way".

As of late, Marie has been busy working on new material with various producers and artist collaborations for a forthcoming EP, set for release later this summer.​
