Taffy Trouble - Backseat Driver

"Backseat Driver" is a slice of skewed electronic bubblegum pop from UK duo Taffy Trouble, filled with attitude, sickly sweet hooks and tongue in cheek lyrics. It's the first track from London newcomers Ella and Alex, long-time school friends who wrote and co-produced the track in collaboration with producer/mixer Neil Comber (M.I.A., Charli XCX, Kyla La Grange).

After bonding over a mutual love for Lil' Kim and John Waters films, Taffy Trouble was born. An explosion of colourful pop with dark undertones, Taffy is an adopted alter ego, a Prophet of trash and a Messiah of bad taste. The duo are currently working with Dimitri Tikovoi (Charli XCX, Nicola Roberts, Cuckoolander) on their debut EP, set for release in early 2016.
