Megan Vice - Spread The News

Brooklyn-based gritty glam diva Megan Vice has today unveiled her brand new disco-inspired electro-pop gem called "Spread The News", a perfect addition to your dance party playlist. Co-written and produced by Knifekick and The Golden Pony, "Spread The News" also serves as the title track off her upcoming EP, due out this Friday (August 12th) via Peace Bisquit. The 7-song collection will also include her previously released singles "Ghost", "All Of The Time" along with her cover of Taylor Dayne's "Tell It To My Heart" plus collaborations with Kevin Garrett (who produced and wrote Beyonce's "Pray You Catch Me"), French Horn Rebellion, Young Science and Fake Money.

Speaking on the track, Megan says:

"'Spread The News' is about finding that special feeling, that natural high you get from a lover, from music, from the universe - unlocking a higher power and wanting to share that with everyone around you. When I was writing it, I had this sort of cult-like imagery in mind, like you've just figured out something magical, something life-changing and now you’re spreading the news, bringing people into this new wave to shed their old selves and be reborn under the disco moonlight."
