Salt Cathedral (feat. Assassin) - Run For The Money

Brooklyn-based duo Salt Cathedral, comprised of Columbian-born musicians Juliana Ronderos and Nicolas Losada, have just unleashed their brand new single called "Run For The Money" featuring guest vocals from Jamaican-born dancehall singer Assasssin, aka Agenst Sasco, who is perhaps best known for his appearances on Kendrick Lamar's song "The Blacker The Berry" and Kanye West's song "I'm In It". The upbeat and highly infectious, summery tune also serves as the latest track to be lifted from the duo's eagerly-awaited debut album, Big Waves/Small Waves, which is expected to drop later this year.

Speaking on the track, the pair explain:

"'Run For The Money' is about the common experience of hard work, the work it takes to succeed, to be better - the hustle both to survive and to be personally satisfied. For this song, and the record, we were very inspired by our Colombian yearn for dancing as well as Caribbean culture and music -the latter of which is very vibrant in our Brooklyn neighborhood. We were really lucky to get Assassin, an insane talent and a very strong exponent of Jamaican and dancehall culture on this track."

Listen to "Run For The Money" along with their Summer Edit of their previous single, "Fragments", below.
