The Aces - Physical

Following last year's release of their breakout single, "Stuck", which landed them spots on numerous 'Artists To Watch in 2017’ lists, including Paper Mag, Idolator, All Things Go, and Euphoria Magazine, Utah-based four-piece indie pop band The Aces, comprised of sisters Cristal (vocals/guitar) and Alisa Ramirez (drums), along with Katie Henderson (guitar) and McKenna Petty (bass), have today unveiled their infectious new single called "Physical". Mixed by Mike Crossey, the single will appear on the band's forthcoming debut EP, I Don’t Like Being Honest, due out on June 23rd via Red Bull Records.

"'Physical' is about being unamused with purely sexual relationships," the band told NPR. "Casual intimacy is so glamorized in society, and we wanted to bring our perspective to the table. Being physical is obviously fun, but it can quickly become lackluster if that's the only thing a relationship has going for it. Substance is so important and underrated."
