Soon to become a favorite among listeners and music bloggers alike, 19-year-old New Jersey-based singer/songwriter Ashley Frangipane, aka Halsey has just released her infectious debut single called "Ghost". Unfortunately, that's all I know about her but kudos to Hillydilly for the heads up.
