Australian singer/songwriter Ella Thompson (who's also one half of the Melbourne-based electronic dance duo GL) has just unveiled her debut single and video for "Arcade", which also serves as the first song taken from her forthcoming debut solo album, Janus. The title of the album takes its name from the Roman god - who in ancient Roman religion and mythology, was the god of beginnings and transitions, and thereby of gates, doors, doorways, passages and endings (thank you, Wikipedia).
