After having just premiered her new single, "Like You Want To" earlier this week via Noisey, fast-rising 19-year old Australian singer/songwriter Kita Alexander returns today with the single's accompanying music video, co-directed by Kita herself along with Zach Miller and shot in California, where she recorded the song with producer Ben Romans . The single is taken from her forthcoming debut EP of the same name, which is due out November 27th.
Speaking on the track, Kita says:
"I wrote 'Like You Want To,' in November last year in LA with one of my favorite producers Ben Romans. It's a song about speaking your mind and being comfortable with the person you're with."
