Avec Sans - Heartbreak Hi

London-based electro-pop duo Avec Sans, comprised of vocalist Alice Fox and producer Jack St. James have today unveiled their brand new single titled "Heartbreak Hi", which will be released on March 18th. Anchored by tapping electronic instrumentation, their latest offering marries twinkling synth melodies with irresistible hooks ensuring Avec Sans’ sound remains consistently on-point and fresh; a rare quality in the modern music landscape. "Heartbreak Hi" also serves as the lead single and title track to be lifted from their much anticipated debut album, which is due out on June 3rd via Beverly Martel Records.

Speaking on the track, singer Alice Fox explains:

"It's a classic tale of heartbroken woe; that phase post break-up where you think you see the person everywhere you go. It's also a play on the name of an awesome Aussie TV series, Heartbreak High, that was always being re-run on TV when I was a kid in the 90s. It's full of good-looking dangerous teenagers who I wanted to grow up to be. So maybe it’s just an ode to that."
