Having topped both the iTunes electronic charts and Spotify viral charts from New Zealand to Poland with her track "If Only" in 2015, 19-year-old electro-pop artist Maya Payne, who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand, makes a welcome return today with her gloriously anthemic new single and accompanying lyric video for "We Are The Wild", which is taken from her forthcoming debut EP, The Lucky Ones, due for release on March 5th.
Speaking on the track, Maya says:
"'We Are The Wild' is all about empowerment. I want people to feel happy and confident when they hear it. There are so many things in our society that bring us down and make us feel bad about ourselves. It's about embracing our youth and coming together to have fun."
