Tayá - Sweet Waste Of Time

Having first came to our attention last year with the release of her debut single, "Got Me Wondering" and again with her follow-up, "Fingerprints" - a collaboration with Soulection's Sango , 17-year-old Liverpool-based R&B songstress Tayá returns today with her new single called "Sweet Waste Of Time", which was produced by AlunaGeorge's George Reid. Currently working with an array of talented producers such as Starsmith, Diztortion and Snakehips, plus US based Fisticuffs (Miguel/Jhene Aiko), DJ Khalil (Drake) and Al Shux (Jay Z & Alicia Keys), Tayá is no doubt an artist with a very bright future ahead of her.

Speaking on the track, Tayá says:

"'Sweet Waste of Time' is about that someone you put your all into, and get nothing back. It's a message to girls who are in the same situation I was in; letting them know it's okay to give up on someone if by trying to fix them you're losing part of yourself; no one is worth that!"
